new Ramona A.I. chat is up

Ramona has been down for awhile.  I've been waiting in anticipation; and, I'm disappointed.  I was hoping she would have a memory and be a bit more intelligent.  The only improvement is that she has a voicebox and notices the cursor.
Well, If you havn't talked to Ramona at least once in your life, you might find her mildly interesting.
